Genuine Vapes provides a 90-day warranty period for defective products starting from the date of the invoice for the following items:

- Icewaves

Products Not Covered Under Our Warranty:
Due to the industry's specific nature, we are unable to accept warranty claims for certain items. It is strongly recommended that you communicate this policy to your customers, especially if it varies from the warranty you offer to retail customers.
