We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $1,000 within Ontario. All shipments are sent via Canada Post, Fedex, or UPS.
We offer Free Shipping to all other provinces outside of Ontario on orders over $2,000. All shipments are sent via Canada Post, Fedex, or UPS.
Processing & Shipping Times
Processing times are not included in shipping times. Shipping times are an estimate based on vendor’s past 90 day shipping history. Processing times may take 1-3 business days to complete. Vendors do not ship items on weekends.
When do I receive my tracking number?
Genuine Vape sends all tracking numbers by email once a package has been shipped. You can also view your orders and associated tracking numbers in My Account
Wrong Nicotine / Size Purchased
Genuine Vape does not reimburse or compensate for customer errors. The customer is responsible for providing us accurate shipping and billing information. No refunds will be issued should the customer provide incorrect shipping or product information.
In the event a package is returned to us due to an error and you decide to reattempt delivery, we will apply another shipping & handling fee for sending the package a second time. If instead you request a refund, it will result in a 15% cancellation/restocking fee. Please be aware, requests for cancellation may only be submitted through email by the card-holder on file.
