Genuine Vapes Excise Tax Return Policy

DEAR VALUED CUSTOMERS,

STARTING NOVEMBER 19, 2022, we will start accepting return requests for house brands which are Breeze Pro and B-pods.

RETURN POLICY MADE EASY:
RETAILERS ONLY – We will gladly take back any Breeze Pro and B-pods full cartons purchased in 2022.

  • All returns will require an invoice for the purchases made during this period.
  • All returns must match the quantity and SKU numbers purchased.

DEADLINE:
All return requests must be e-mailed to MIKE [at] GENUINEVAPES.CA. In the email, please list the product you wish to return and the invoice number associated to the returns. The deadline to submit your request is December 9, 2022.

RETURN TIMELINE:
All returns must be received by December 23, 2022, NO EXCEPTIONS.

PROCESSING TIME:
All returns will be processed as soon as possible and any credit issued can be used towards future purchases of stamped product.

SHIPPING FEE:
All shipping fees will be covered by us. Our team will evaluate the request, and once approved you will be emailed a shipping label allowing you to send the products back to us.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE FOR DISTRIBUTORS OR BULK PURCHASES.

AVAILABILITY OF STAMPED PRODUCT AND PRICING:
Genuine Vapes will begin offering stamped product throughout the month of December. We will continue carrying all of your favourites and launch new product lines. New pricing and selection will be announced in the month of December.
